This thesis project was created based on a technique named the 4-7-8 breathing technique. It was curated in order to help people release anxiety, relax, and overall put viewers in a calm state of mind. The project consists of many different parts, that include a multichannel media experience, an application, and business cards that were put out for attendees to take home with them. These cards also link to a YouTube channel where process videos, breathing techniques, and the final room video can be found for viewing.
